CLUB ACCESS MEMBERSHIP
This is one of our most popular memberships. This membership provides you with full facility access 7 days a week to all areas of our training centre. As a member with this membership you will have access to our weight and cardio training areas PLUS an added free bonus of full access to all our Group Fitness Classes including boxing, yoga, les mills classes and more.
This membership suits the person who is after a quality facility to train in and mostly just wants to do their own thing when they come in and/or take part in classes.
RESULTS BASED MEMBERSHIP
This membership is for people who want to get the most out of their membership and get results fast! The results based membership provides you with full facility access 7 days a week, group fitness classes PLUS the biggest benefit is that you will receive 2 or more Group Personal Training sessions every week!
These Group PT sessions will:
- Ensure that you are training at the right intensity to achieve the best results possible
- Ensure that your training technique is correct to minimise any chance of injury and ensure that you get the most from every exercise
- Provide variety every week to keep you motivated
- Personal Trainer support

COMPLETE TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
This is our most comprehensive membership as you will be working with your very own Personal Trainer right from the start after joining. Your Personal Trainer will provide you with everything that you need to know to achieve results fast and everything will be personalised and catered to you.
Every week your trainer will be working with you to:
- Assist you to set and work towards training goals
- Regularly assess you to track your progress
- Provide you with your own personal training program
- Provide variety in every session that you work with them
- Personally assist you with your training and stretching throughout your session
- Help keep you accountable to your training goals
