TEAM X Group PT is a dynamic 30-minute group workout that will get you results, fast! These sessions will provide you with constant variety in a motivating environment using a range of different training techniques and principles.

Why should I take part in TEAM X?
Group Personal Training provides you with a new level of training. You will be working with qualified Personal Trainers every session who will ensure that you are training at the correct intensity and with proper technique. The sessions are 30 minute workouts which is a great time frame to work hard and get some great results!
How is it better than just a gym membership?
Group PT provides you with constant variety every time you take part in a session. You will also have access to a Personal Trainer who can help guide you with any questions that you may have. So instead of guessing your way to results with a standard gym membership, get some quality advise and training with our Group PT option!
Will I get better results from it?
You will get better results as you will be trained at a higher intensity while working with your Personal Trainer. They will also ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly and effectively ensuring that you will get the most out every session!
How long does it go for?
All session are 30 minutes. ensure to get their a few minutes early to warm up & set up so you are ready for the session as soon as it starts
What is the cost and time frame?
Session costs are only $10 per session for a block of 10 sessions!
What do I expect every session?
Every session is different, this is why it is so effective and why people love it so much and keep coming back! Sessions will mix between using Kettle Bells, battle ropes, barbells, boxing and heaps more and if you have not done any of this training before do not fear as our trainers will ensure that you are comfortable with it all.
